How do I Place my order?

You can place your order with us either via our website, phone, fax or e-mail. Any booking is subject to a confirmation within 24 hours of submission.

Advance 2 Weeks Reservation / Booking is highly recommended, especially during Festive Period.

How do I make payment?

You can make payment via Cash or Cheque on delivery.
Please make Cheque Payable to “Fostre Catering Pte Ltd“.
For Corporate Clients requesting for Credit Facilities, kindly contact our salesperson for further advise.

Which type of menu should I choose

You should choose your menu based on the profile of your guests eg. age, nationalities, special dietary requirements etc. Choice of menu also depends on how you wish to celebrate eg. a grand affair with a sit-down banquet, a rousing get-together with a BBQ, or an elegant tete-a-tete with a cocktail or high tea.

What if I want customised menus, not found on the website?

Fostre serves a wide array of cuisines from Local, Asian, Japanese, Western, Italian, French to International. We can customise menus for you to your preference. Simply give us a call at 6288 0133 or e-mail us at on our contact page.

How much food should I order?

All customers are requested to place their orders based on the exact number of guests they are inviting. The proportions of each dish planned into our menus have proven to be adequate when customers’ orders are based on the number of guests. However, if you have special concerns, we would be happy to discuss the matter and make our recommendation.

What sort of quantity should I order for children?

Typically, 1 adult portion is adequate for 2 children. However it really depends on how much the children consume. Also if there are many adults attending the event as well, we would advise you to order as per normal (adult proportions).

Once I have placed my order via website, phone, fax or e-mail, will it be a confirmed order?

A booking is not a confirmation. If you did not receive our call nor confirmation sheet (may be due to submission error), please contact us at 6288 0133 or e-mail us through our contact page.

When I order, can I exchange some of the items in the proposed menu with those in the other menus?

Yes, you may and please kindly consult our salesperson for advice on the change in dishes as there might subject to additional charges.

If I have to change my order, how do I do it?

Should you need to make changes to your order, you can call us at least 5 working days, by 2.00pm, before the event. Our Salespersons will be able to assist you.

What if I need more services, other than food?

Fostre also provides advises for services such as venue sourcing and other total event management services which you can utilise. For more information, please contact us at 6288 0133. You may also refer to our miscellaneous charges list for some items such as table and chair rentals.

Can I self-collect my food?

You may self-collect your food provided they are packed in takeaway boxes eg. “Lo Hei” package, christmas turkeys and chef’s speciality menus. Delivery charge will be waived in this case. However not all items are meant for self-collection. Please confirm with our staff at 6288 0133 before hand.
